We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Sale items and opened nail sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately with photos at elovera.elv@outlook.com. We will send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
